"I found the dedication, incredible hard work, and determination of the staff more inspiring than anything else I have encountered in many years."
"Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to share Komsberg for a few days."
About us
Who owns Komsberg Wilderness Nature Reserve?
Komsberg is owned and managed by The
Wildlife For All Trust, a British
registered charity (No. 1006174). Wildlife For All has worked in
South Africa since 1991. We established Komsberg Wilderness Nature
Reserve in 2002, expanding it in 2006.
What else does The Wildlife For All Trust do?
Wildlife For All began its conservation work in the early 1980s. We
concentrate our efforts on protecting endangered species and their threatened
habitats, as well as providing the public with down-to-earth education
about the real environmental problems such as overpopulation and the "me,
me, me" mentality.
We have two nature reserves in South Africa. We also own The Oasis Nature Reserve (incorporating Oasis Woods and The Oasis Gardens) in Sussex, England. The Oasis can be visited on open days during the summer; booking in advance is essential.
The Wildlife For All Trust is not interested in self-promotion or making headlines. Everyone, including the directors, purposely works non-paid - allowing us to spend all donated money where it is genuinely needed. Our unusual approach is targeted and practical...and it really works. We are proud to be different.
